Just wondering if this stuff will actually clean plastic. I have read many articles on line claiming that it will clean and polish your plastic?

    Aurorav8,

My $.02. I`ve used it on my F150 (my everyday vehicle). It cleans the plastic of my dash and door panels rather well. It hasn`t done any damage to the dash (i.e. cracking) and it`s been exposed to the California desert sun and high temperatures for going on three years. Plus, it leaves my truck smelling lemony fresh!

LOL...I figured the smell had to be one advantage, I was going deeper into my google search on it and supposidly people have used it as a polish for their paint. Said that the clear coat is a form of plastic and it shines it up real nice.

I`d be pretty skeptical about applying it to my paint.:nixweiss

I would be too. In fact, I probably wouldn`t do it. That`s what they make QD Spray for.

I think Pledge is mostly silicone oils. Probably similar to protectants.
