Re: Your favorite/can`t live without product for detailing

Ech2O by a landslide for me.

At this point I think it might be one of the top 3 products I`ve been using the longest. Other products come and go, but my bottle of Ech2O lives on. Not only because the dilution ratio, but because I really like it. I use it everywhere on the exterior of my vehicles for all sorts of different QD duties.

Not knocking the Adam’s but I feel the Reset and Tac Systems Mystic Bubble are in a different league.

Bilt Hamber AutoWash cleans as well but gets knocked down a notch for slickness.

I absolutely don’t know the science and probably wrong but I agree. It’s why i like using A foaming waterless because I feel it will soften, break down and encapsulate dirt better than a rinseless.

I guess I`ll add a gallon of Reset and Ech2O to my detailing shopping list!

What concentration do you like to use Ech2O at?

As rinseless which is real nice 2.5oz to 3 gallons.

For waterless/detail spray 1.5oz to 32 oz water

    Some good info on ech20.
CARPRO ECH2O Waterless & QD Concentrate 1 Liter (34oz) - Sky```s The Limit Car Care

A lot of folks here cut ech20 1:20 for a detailer/drying aid, me included.

Rineseless i use 60ml in 10 liters. Close to 1:200 as per carpro-us

A gallon is a lot - it will be a long relationship lol. I personally would stick with 1 liter unless you`re doing a lot of cars. But that`s just me.

I think I probably buy a liter to start since that gets you 23 diluted bottles anyway.

I use Ech2O as a QD, drying aid, bird dropping remover, water spot remover etc, so I mix it at 1:20.

If you buy a gallon of the stuff and use it at the 1:20 ratio, just plan on including it in your will as part of your estate. Your next of kin will love it too long after you`re gone!

Yeah I thought that and 60% in on my Ech20 gallon. Just bought a gallon of Mystic bubble as takes soaps a while to go bad.

Yeah i would assume soaps would last 3+ years no problem. Ech20 is probably not much different. But with a large amount/volume of product(s) like that i would still want to try other products for fun..so in the long run i doubt i would save much by buying gallons. Probably looks cool though.

Yeah I agree with that on rinseless/waterless. For soaps I’d find a favorite and get a gallon.

Hard to be Reset, Mystic Bubble and for price HyperWash. If we could get BH AutoWash for UK prices that would be in there as well.
