Meguiars 21, and 845

I’m sure 845 and m21 are still there after 30 days but if your into detailing and up keeping the vehicle @30 day mark and you wash your care they would still sheet and have some beading that is when I usually applied some thing. I was never really into either. I was a big fan of the duragloss sealants and klasse. Wax.. I like p21 which at 30 days was also shot

845 is great on trim! That`s one of the things I still use it for, even though I`m more about Trim Sealants these days. Just buff it off before it dries completely, works like a charm and "dies cleanly" so you can just add more as needed.

Fun analogy but unless you are paying $10+ a quart you are buying processed mineral oil with a sticker that says synthetic.

It’s important to know what you use. That goes for detailing products and the oil that goes in your car. I use an ester fully synthetic oil that is more than $10 a quart!

For whatever low amount it’s worth, my opinion would be to hide or trash the M21 and use 2X Collinite. I get months from 845. I have a durability test somewhere.

M21 literally looks broken at 2-3 weeks for me, and no sign of life at 3-4 weeks. If it is still there at 4 weeks it would be nice to have any indication (beads, slickness, gloss, whatever).

I’m in Pittsburgh btw, because as this thread proves results vary from person to environment.
