2021 Coating Test

Wow Guz this one is awesome I love following tests like this. Great selection of products.

I am just about blue In The gills seeing and hearing about Avalon King. It looks like a good average coating but they are everywhere with paid promotions and on every platform. The have a large following too. Who ever runs that company had a good plan and it’s worked well. It’s probably good thing you didn’t include they would have swarmed your videos.

All coatings have been applied on 5/23. I’ll update as to what has been applied a. Little later.

And no I’m not driving around with tape on the roof lol

You chose the tackiest and slickest coating of all of them. 3D is tacky and it is more sheeting that beading. Poorboys is the slickest and a second layer can be applied after 20 mins.

Poorboys has the edge on all of them. SiC is as slick as CSL.

Quick update. I made a mistake in an above post Exo is V4 and not V3. I no longer have V3.

Some thing it is easy to do but it is not. Avoiding raised edges is the hard part to manage.

Dedication right there, important all the same, some of those coating tape lines can be a b*tch to remove, I had to wet sand them out of my test panel.
