Re: Products You Don`t Hear Too Much About Anymore...
Pretty interesting thread. I’d like to take it one step further. Anything that is a paste or liquid I have pretty much stopped using as a wax or a sealant. That includes Zaino. And I have been a Zaino fan for years. I still have bottles that are almost 3/4 full. But since ceramic coatings, and sprays have come out, I probably will not use a paste or liquid ever again.

I was reading a thread on autogeek about using Auquawax over a ceramic coating. It supposedly works great. I don`t see any reason that Z8 wouldn`t work either.

TR-3 Resin Glaze by Blue Magic. Supposedly still available at O`Reilly Auto Parts Store
I used this stuff WAYYYY back in the late 70`s on my 1977 metallic maroon Datsun (now Nissan) 280Z. "Recommended" car-care product by Datsun. I think I actually bought it at the Datsun/Nissan dealer then (Jepson Imports on North Military Ave in Green Bay; now Page Auto, an independent import vehicle repair and used car dealer)
it was discussed in this forum: https://www.autopia.org/forums/detai...-question.html

Gotta add Black WOW (Now Black WOW Pro) to this forgotten-or no-longer-mentioned product list.
Never used the stuff personally, but it was a forum-favorite for black trim restoration/protection.
Here`s the thread on its comparison to Solution Finish: https://www.autopia.org/forums/every...k-wow-pro.html
Does anyone use Kenotek car-care products? just wondering, since I see Detailed Image is clearing out some of their products
