    Scangrip multimatch R

Looking at picking one of these up to have while polishing. I see from the specs it runs of a lithium ion battery, but can you run it off straight electrical plug power?

You can find a great review and pictures of this unit on DI. It has a power cord for charging; and you can run it while charging as well.

Just bought one recently - you`ll definitely need power closeby as it only lasts 1 hour on it`s brightest setting.

    Excellent and portable light though.

If you have it charged to 100% does it hold it`s charge well if you are using it while it is plugged in?

I hope that question makes sense

Troy, Thanks, Great link for understanding just what you get. I like the adjustability and ability to keep it plugged in.
Mine arrives Friday along with a "Finisher". Road trip next week with 2-3 family details on tap.

Double check if you can get the diffuser with this one. You will thank me when you use coatings. It just get the Gyeon prism plus.

You can keep it plugged in, and there is an extra battery for about an hour or so extra. If that doesn`t answer your question, PM your phone number, and we can facetime tomorrow

The UPS man was nice to me today..... small box = Scangrip. Easy to operate the different modes and this is a serious light!!!

You are such a `bad` influence! Ordered one...should be to me by next week. It will compliment my array of 1st gen Scangrips!
