    Adam`s Microfiber VS other brands

How do Adam`s Microfiber towels compare to other brands?...price aside because I`m sure someone will say they are over priced. Which they probably are, but so are a lot of detailing products ta in my opinion

I am very interested in people`s opinions on their green glass towels

They have some nice micro fibers. They seem to be plusher than Autogeek’s brand.

I just stick with the rag company. Hard to beat some of the towels.

CarPro glass towels are great. Take a look at them if you have not. I have a review floating here or Autogeek.

Yeah most of my towels are currently rag company towels. They are nice, and can always be found at a decent price. What is the best drying towel they make for using a drying aid? (In your opinion)

I`ll also look into the carpro glass towels.

Right now trying to get some more drying towels when using a drying aid

I have had a decent amount of them and I`ve loved all the Adam`s towels I`ve owned. The single towel price tends to be Griots level WTH. But if you need 6, or better yet 12 the price becomes what I`d consider good. Guz mentioned Car Pro`s glass towel which I recently got and love. Before that Adam`s green glass towel was one of my favorites. It helped me tons with streaks. The textured scrubby side works wonders getting the tree sap and stuck on stuff up, and the buffing side leaves a nice streak-free finish. I`ll buy more soon simply because 6 or 12 would drop the price A LOT compared to the CarPro ones. Their single and double softs are great too. I just hate that you gotta buy a dozen to not get ripped off on them.

But serious the Carpro Glass towels are superb, I ordered 5 and wish I had ordered a dozen.

Third on TRC’s Towels. Eagle 500/600 for waterless and rinseless are awesome. Their having a sale right now where you can gold EE and their 365 GSM’s for cheaper than ive ever got before

All the Adams stuff i’ve used before has been good to great.

Side note: Does Adam not own Adams Polishes anymore?

I use the Griot`s PFM towels. TRC has a similar towel which is the FTW. It is getting a nice following among the obsessed garage fan base.

Would the gauntlet be a good choice for a drying aid use towel?

That`s one I don`t have and really don`t need. I have the TWISTRESS & the PLUFFLE now. For "bulk" water laying on the hood, roof & trunk a PFM is hard to beat. The Pluffle loads up fast and I find I spending time wringing it out too much. I use Pluffle for tight areas, jams and for wiping up when I blow out crevices.... they are nice and soft.
Twistress I find is a coarser version of the PFM. The PFM is softer and sucks more water.

I believe a few of the Adam`s microfiber towels are rebranded and marked up TRC towels.

I`m 100% satisfied with my Dry Me Crazy plush MF Drying Towels. I use them with various Drying Aids including SprayWaxes, I let `em sit for ages before laundering (not recommending that ) and after a few years of such treatment they`re still working like new.

Their WWMF (forget the name) is OK if you like those (I generally don`t, just use mine for the first pass on glass after a wash).

Yeah, pricey as all get-out. But I have zero buyer`s remorse and recommend them without qualification. These are one of the best Detailing product purchases I`ve *ever* made, couldn`t exaggerate my satisfaction with `em if I tried...maybe I`m all FanBoy about them because of how all my other MF Drying towels have disappointed me in one way or another.

(No, I haven`t tried the PFMs except for the Glass ones, which I do also *LOVE* without qualification. But their "looped" nap isn`t what I want for drying.)

Haven’t used but my guess is yes.

The replace section of twisted loop (better for drying) with soft plush MF. My guess is it the idea is to buff better. I just use my PFM’s
