Yeah, I know... Amazon first with 2-Day and then now with 1-Day Shipping has totally blown all other companies out of the water..
I usually have to wait 4-5 days with other carriers to get a package from the East Cost to Northern California..
It is hard to go back from 18 years of Amazon shipping.. :)

Happy New Year to you too!
While convenience of 1-day shipping is awesome, the bigger factor for me is it prevents hoarding. I know if I`m about to run low on something, it`s a day away. While I do miss the crazy sales, I still spend less.
Re: McGee ends reseller agreement with AutoGeek and Autopia
Wonder if he waited until after they replenished the stock from all the Christmas sales?
That would really be putting the screws to them (but why) ...
Re: McGee ends reseller agreement with AutoGeek and Autopia
I had a really bad experience with Pollen-X. It left smears on my paint that took a long time to get out. Also: did not help with pollen.
Re: McGee ends reseller agreement with AutoGeek and Autopia
I cancelled my order. I ordered a few things but sio2 soap out. Got my confirmation and then i look at order on AG after to verify anf Sio2 soap missing. Ni warning and gonna ship other stuff out.
No thanks ill wait for free shipping. Put the order il a few days ago so a little upset... I know people are getting it who put in orders after me. First time ive gotten bad customer service from AG.... hopefully last

Hey, that`s good thinking! As the Self-Help gal says, "just store stuff at the store by not buying it until you need it".
I`m trying to be better about that too, including not telling myself that I "have to buy [whatever] while I still can". Lots of "it can`t get better than this!" stuff I`ve..accumulated...isn`t All That after all (anybody want tons of M16? :o ).

Same thing happened to me. AG cancelled my gallon of Hydro Blue. Then Autopia cancelled my gallon of Mat Cleaner yesterday, but still has it listed as available today. That should not happen with the technology that exists today.
Re: McGee ends reseller agreement with AutoGeek and Autopia
Just left a bad tast in my mouth on this :(
Technology should have told buyer on order page item was out of stock..
Re: McGee ends reseller agreement with AutoGeek and Autopia
What...people order something and instead of receiving it they get a notice that the order was cancelled while still offering the product for sale? Gee, that does sound [crappy].
Dan K- Welcome to Autopia!
Sorry to hear about your experiences with AG and the Autopia store, but if it`s any consolation (understand if it`s not!), most of the time people here do OK ordering from them.
Re: McGee ends reseller agreement with AutoGeek and Autopia
AG has mysteriously removed me from their e mail list. I haven’t received a sales e mail from them since Fall. That’s why I haven’t bought anything from them in a while. I guess I’m going to have call them and ask to be put on the list again.

Have you checked your spam folder.
Re: McGee ends reseller agreement with AutoGeek and Autopia
I check my spam every day. Nothing from AG

I called this one a while ago as the writing has been on the wall. It will be just a matter of time before a new web-store will be set up that will directly compete against AG. Cheers to Bob for reinventing the wheel. Or at least for making a well spirited attempt.

There was probably a non-compete clause in the deal when PBMG was sold that has run out or will soon.
