    HydroSilex Relax

Ok, here`s a new one from HS. This is an interior ceramic coating. Brand new so obviously no reviews, but something tells me this will be a big seller.

I thought Recharge was a dud, I’ll take a pass on this.

Funny how some coatings work for some and not others. I applied 3 coats of hydro silex (new formula) late October/early November and got 5 strong months with great beading.

I don’t get ceramic coating interior trim plastic as it never gets that dirty or marred.....maybe the seats....

Seems overkill. The only thing that would really concern me would be some type of coating or protectant on alcantara.

As for HydroSilex, I didn`t think it was all *that* bad when I ran it on a hood next to Overcoat & VS1...nothing unique but was doing OK.

I did the entire interiors of 2 of this winters work Van`s with a few interior coating products. Cheap plastic and vinyl, funtionaly-Ford interiors. Did one entirely in Gyeon Leather Shield and another in Gyeon Trim. Some had fabric seats so I hosed `em down with Gyeon Fabric Coat.

We`ll see how it turns out in 7 months cuz these interiors get trashed.

Kinda dumb, I guess, but maybe interesting in the end. Or not.
