Kamikaze makes one, but I’ve never been convinced there is a need. Used quite a few over the last few years and never had a problem with any coating I used on film or wraps.

Gtechniq has recently released their Halo coating for PPF.
I dont one know if there is really any difference but I would guess they would be less Sio2 and more flexible.

GTechniq Halo, I just applied some to my vehicle which had been vinyl wrapped and had PPF installed on the front end. Solid product, easy to apply, longevity unknown but they claim two years of protection. On some test pieces I found it to have the same type of hydrophobic properties as a lot of the other traditional coatings.
https://www.xpel.com/ceramic-coating-fusion-plus although it appears as if `normal application` on bare paint is mentioned as well.
I wouldn`t worry about clear paint protection film. I do think that a coating that works on vinyl would be great. I`ve never used vinyl that didn`t look like crap after a year outside.
I live near a coal plant and for several years we had dirt and slime falling out of the sky.
