Product has been produced since the mid 80`s.
Has little abrasive abilities, works more through chemical cleaning, using the carrier solvents.
Was popular with car dealers back in the day as easy on, easy off and lasted about 2 months, as is polymer based.
Was National Sales and Technical Manager for Finish Kare from 87 to 95--which is how I am aware.
More and better products today for a one step, light polishing, etc are available.
"Logic dictates I have been at this detailing thing way too many years!":wink1:
I reviewed it a while ago. Easy to use product with very balanced looks. Slick but not greasy. The big downside is durability, it is only marginally better than something like HD Speed. I just don`t see a reason to use it, I gave mine away.
Does FK1000 (or anything else) play well on top of it, i.e. last around what it should last?
