    Megs wash +

    Any thoughts on this soap/polish.
I`m picking up some and be trying it soon.
Sounds perfect, for me and my waxes, that I love.

It`s a great product. Works great when prepping a vehicle for paint correction or a simple wash and wax job.

    Re: Megs wash +

I used it like 2 weeks ago for the first time.

With its polishing agents, I was hoping to be able to "wash off" some hard water spots on a window. I scrubbed and scrubbed. Nope. Didn`t do it. It left the window pretty clean and slick though!

I also used it to test on that same vehicle`s paint. Not sure what I think about it for that particular car, as it was dirty. I wanted to "test" it on the grimey Jeep prior to using it on a neglected Kia (the wife`s daily) and I maintain that one [usually] pretty well.

Okay, so on the Kia, I was gentle with the Megs MF Mitts (I used several), hoping not to induce too much marring. Well, the car came out super clean. No noticeable marring left, and it cleaned off all the film, grime, dirt, etc.

I was quite happy with it, overall. My wife commented that she had come out of the store one day, and didn`t recognize her car! (I didn`t think it was THAT dirty

I follow a detailer on YouTube that tested it. I found some on sale for $7.99 and picked up a bottle. I haven`t tried it yet. But I`m looking forward to the results.

so it`s been 3.5 weeks since I used it on that Kia mentioned earlier. I gotta say, the Kia doesn`t look as dirty as it normally would for going this long without a wash.

It`s because it`s still looks fairly clean, that I didn`t realize how long it`s been since it`s last wash! Mark that as a plus for this Plus+ soap

Advanced Auto was selling this for below one dollar apiece. My first bottle I bought was $7.99. Two weeks later, I found bottles for $.85 there. So I picked up six bottles. You may want to look and see if they have any there.

Thanks WaxMan. MaryB had another post about that sale. I couldn`t find an AA store around me, though.
