HELP me find a interior dusting Brush

I`ve looked on/off for a couple years now. I have not put THAT much effort to find ~the one~.
I`m looking for a particular brush.

I actually have old ones that I keep in the car trunks. Use it daily just sweeping out the carmats, etc - aka, helps keep the interior nice and tidy. The bristles can`t be too soft as its mainly a carpet sweeper brush.

Surely, I`m not the only one who drives around with a brush in the trunk.

    no Really

I do know people that ride around with a brush and I have a friend that will also brush the bottom of your feet before entering his vehicles

Most of the ones I`ve seen are either natural (meant for dusting)....
Not looking for plastic fibers...well, maybe flagged plastic fibers. Just tensile enough for carpet and working the small little nooks.

Huh, I just vacuum regularly. I can`t see how I`d do it with a brush, seems like I`d still have to vacuum up whatever the brush dislodges.

Do you pull the carpeted mats out and brush them away from the vehicle? Then what do you do for the other carpeted stuff? I mean, OK my dog-haulers are special-cases, but the Audis are mostly used like regular vehicles and I can`t see how I could skip vacuuming `em after every few uses.

Somehow I`m just not following this one... School me please!

Yes, do vacumn. Brush is mainly sorta those - parked while waiting for the wife as she`s doing some grocery shopping, shoes picking up gravel, etc that can easily just be brushed/swept out. etc. Easy peasy and keeps the mats debris free.

My understanding is the brush is for the times when he is away from home or doesn`t want to bring out the vacuum. The California duster for carpeting

What about a dust pan/brush combo that is at every cleaning aisle of a big box store?

Big enough to be effective on large areas. Bristles are usually quite stout. I have an "O Cedar" brand brush that I use to dislodge burnt debris from my wood pellet stove. Has lasted over 7 years doing very tough cleaning vs your light duty carpet dusting

That was just a quick google image search to show the handle/shape.
It`s all about the bristles , and yeah, the one I pulled up might work ....

For something like that, going to carve out some time on Amazon for something like that. Easy hassle free returns if it`s not the ~one~, etc. Figured there was a ~autopian go to one~ that us die hard cleaning guys go for.

Then again, for wheels on cleaning, I seem to be the only one that likes the the Ace Powersticks so maybe there is not a Autopian consensus on all things.

So I am not sure exactly If I understand you use but:

I vacuum to get the loose stuff, brush with a medium deck brush to dislodge the stuck on debris and vacuum again. Then if I am feeling like going to town (or getting paid for the interior) I use an extractor.

Huh, how stuff changes over time....my Counter Brushes are *really* soft and fine, not even close to what I`d need to do carpeted mats. Like...more for sawdust or fine metal chips on a wooden workbench.

I don`t vacuum much anymore, just open the doors on both sides and blow everything out with a leaf blower including the vents which a vacuum can never do
