    I never have, but............

Dunno how long Vega deals will last now.
Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It`s good to be da King !!!

I haven`t. It`s a new product that was introduced at SEMA about a month ago.

I wanted to bring this back around to see if anyone has tried this stuff yet.

I`m thinking about grabbing it for a final wipe down before something like a cruise night. Just wondering what folks thought of it.

It is good stuff. Smells like candy, leaves a nice shine that does seem to have a pop (at least on my silver car) I haven`t tested the claim that it can be used in the sun. Bonus that you can get it at some local auto part stores.

The best detailer we’ve ever used! Even though it doesn’t say so it can be used as a drying aid. Leaves a black car stunning and very slick! Do yourself a favor and get it!

I tried it and am impressed, impressed enough to order a gallon and as luck or happenstance would have it, when I placed the order for the gallon, they were giving a free bottle of it with the order.

I tried it today on my TA. Loved, loved loved it. Great lubrication, easy on and off, zero streaking even in the sun, and a serious wet look. My wife said it looked like I spread butter on the car. I`m sold. Big time. Griots just continues to impress time after time.

    Oh yeah, smells amazing too.

My car has a coating on it and is garaged, though a daily driver, is no garage queen. When I wash it now, the water never beaded so well and yep, the shine is higher too. Regarding sales, if you like this product (or others) just get a gallon size and it comes with a nice savings. Yeah, I think Griots has another winner.

Re: Griots Best of a Show Detailer?

I picked some up last week and tried it yesterday on my black Frontier. I did a rinseless wash, wiping the cleaned section with a damp towel, then spritzed the section with BoSD before drying. It did work fine, though I had a few streaks on the hood (in the sun). Reworking the area in smaller sections fixed the streaking problem.
Something I did notice - it started raining as I finished half the hood. The BoSD side did not bead as well as the side that had not been damp dried, which seemed odd, as they claim is has wax in it.

I`m very surprised, because I have never had such a huge amount of beading from any other spray detailer.

It is designed to enhance color depth and clarity. It does have polymers in it but it doesn’t contain wax or was it designed for protection.
