    Need Help! Kranzle restoration!

Last week I finally made the plunge to get a Kranzle. It`s been on my list, but my Karcher`s have done well over the years. However, now that I`m opening up a small spot with a partner we need a real man`s unit. I always wanted a Quadro but man they aren`t cheap... Long story short I found this one top of the line 220V for literally 1/10th of the price new. Poor thing was payment for helping somebody move and laid around for some time.

The model is a Kranzle Quadro 599 TST, 2175 psi (More than enough, I wash around 1600 most of the time)

We got it running once we spliced in a new larger 220 plug. Runs good

So far I`ve changed the oil, milky white as you can see. Put in fresh 0W-40.
    New Plug (Larger prong 220V)
Cleaned everything, has spiders all over it.
Loosened and retorqued almost all the motor bolts
Cleaned the water storage (Overheat prevention) tank

    Things to do:
    New Valve O-rings
    New Valves
New Cover (Just to make it look nice again)
    New Hose (Missing)
New Hose reel center section (Missing)
    New Trigger (Missing)
New Vario wand (Stock one is iffy at best and bent)

My question is, anything I`m missing?

Not a big fan of the plungers on the Kranzle....
+ points for made in Germany. Parts, like my cars are $$$$
Replacement cover might be $$$ given the ROI of things

Skip the reel/hose unless you want the mobile package.
I would use a nice reelcraft or Cox reel.
Hose - I would get either a 50 or 100 footer Goodyear Hose.
    Suttner or Hansen fittings
    Suttner Trigger
    Ceramic Nozzle for your setup

OE parts are definitely worth it since I`m getting them through a friend who is a distributor. Right now, I`m so far ahead that even if I put in 500 or so in parts I would still be miles ahead. I`ll definitely check out the ceramic fittings, are they less prone to fusing from hard water?

I`m checking out the Sutter stuff now, I hope they have stuff that`s compatible with Kranzle.

Typing off phone, but just upsize you tip so it = 1600 PSI.
    25% Primary Tip
15% for spot areas like WW , etc.

    TD:

Check and confirm your specs, but I`m pretty sure you want to put something like 30wt NON DETERGENT oil in it

Specs say 10W-60 or 5W-50. Not sure about detergent but I`m sure detergent would be bad for the seals obviously.
