Actually, that`s not always true.

I`ve used it at both dilutions and my assessment of aggressiveness is based on the cleaning ability for things like wheels, tires and jambs. Not to mention that either DG or ONR still feels slippery when used over a car that had been recently washed with a spray wax as a drying aid, but D114 leaves more of a "squeeky clean" feeling. Again IMO,IMO,IMO.
