    Interior Cleaning Products?

I have tried a few cleaning products from the shelves:

-Autoglym (Interior Shampoo, Vinyl & Rubber Care, Leather Care Products)
-Meguiars (Quik Interior Detailer, Leather Cleaner & Conditioner)
    -GoClean (Interior Cleaner)
-Sonax (Dashboard Cleaner Matte Finish, Leather Foam)

Now the only cleaners that I did enjoy using was the Sonax line... Amazing results, however I`m not settled yet and want to try other car care brands. Really looking at Detailers Pride interior products and possibly Chemical Guys. Is there anything that you guys can recommend or say with the above two brands?

    Thanks guys

    Welcome to Autopia Kyle!

2 products I highly recommend you trying:

    HD Total cleaner
    HD Protect

Both products are extremely safe to use on your interior including leather. Protect leaves the surface smooth & supple, but not greasy.

    Welcome!

DP interior cleaner and protectant is an awesome combo. I wrote up reviews on each of them last spring but with the recent merge the photos aren`t all there, sorry! Links:

I agree with the two up above. I like the DP interior cleaner followed by DP protectant on plastic and rubber. I have not used DP leather conditioner but I hear good things about it. You could give it a try.

    Re: Interior Cleaning Products?

I use Blackfire interior cleaner once/month, very good water based cleaner safe for all interior materials..
Follow it up with Blackfire interior protectant, it does a good job on protection and I don`t need more than a damp towel for weekly cleaning..

Joined the forums not to long ago and already love it! Thank you all for such great feedback! Will give a go to DP, Blackfire and possibly Ultima.. Heard so many great things about DP so I`ll try it first..

Would it make sense to clean and condition leather and then put some protectant on it? Or would you guys suggest not doing that?

Woolite (the wool safe laundry detergent) mixed down 20:1 with water makes a terrific all purpose interior cleaner.

Folex (available at home Depot and Lowes) is a great stain remover on cloth seats and carpets.

silver2kw, I`ve read pretty good reviews about Tuff Stuff so I bought a can the other day to use on my cream colored interior. Haven`t gotten around to it yet but would be interested to hear from folks who have tried it. My interior is cloth, FWIW.

    Re: Interior Cleaning Products?

Tuf Stuff has served me well for over 15 years on MANY trashed cars. My own included when buying them used. Works awesome and seems to be safe on most surfaces despite being labeled as carpet cleaner.
