I know optiseal is suppose to be an easy product. However, I always had the issue of streaks (since its hard to see, and foam absorbs the product) and flinging the applicator since it would grab the paint.

Just wanted to share my carpro applicator w/ suede optiseal applications. It worked really nicely. No flinging since you can hold it pretty good. There`s still streaking but its much less, since this application absorbs much less product. Streaks easily taken care of with a quick mf wipe.

Hmm I`ve used this product for years and can say that the only times I`ve ever observed streaking is when I was using too much product or the surface wasn`t completely clean.

A key error many make is moving the applicator too quickly. Yeah, yeah I know time is money, but slow down turbo! Making slower, more deliberate passes actually goes faster and yields better results.

I also love, love, love to apply Opti Seal with my airbrush. Mist onto panel, quick pass with microfiber, move to next panel with no smears, no fuss.
