That`s a great ad, but I wonder how it does with hot metallic dust particles.

I`ll have to give it a try. I don`t think it will prevent brake dust from accumulating but it ought to make it easier to clean.

Looks neat. I`m glad it works on dirt and honey!

    How about brake dust?

Rarely do my wheels encounter dirt or honey.

there is a video that was posted on another forum from a forum member and the stuff works great. I have seen it before at walmart and thought about trying it. I even recommended it to a buddy for his rims but now i have 2 cans and am waiting to try it out as soon as the rain clears.

What so impressive about this? Not only are there similar products out there that have already been mentioned in this thread but whats wrong with using a regular sealant or durable wax like Insulator Wax? If ease of use is the big thing there a truck load of spray waxes that apply in minutes that you probably already have.

Because a sealant/wax does not repel brake dust. What is so great about the AA stuff is it comes in an aerosol bottle. The spray bottle stuff does not apply nearly as well. Before you naysay this stuff, check my thread, I posted above. One wheel had PB wheel sealant, the other has the brake dust repellent stuff.
