Sorry if this has been discussed. A friend of mine used NXT and finds it falls apart in about a month. He`s a big meguairs fan and was thinking of trying M21. Now I understand that M21 is similiar to the NXT. What durability should be expected for M21?

im looking forward to see what the pros have to say here. i love the look of NXT 2.0 and feel its a very underrated product, as do a lot of other people here. i was thinking about getting some m21 just the other day in hopes that it would give the look of nxt, but some better durability... i got some M205 instead.. we`ll see how it stacks up against ultrafina..

M21 seems a bit more durable than NXT, but there are other more interesting alternatives.

21 is more durable I have version 1 and it lasted 4.5 to 5 months of really good protection.

Yakky how do you like Collinite have you tried the 915 paste wax?

I love Collinite. By far the best protecting wax I have used for a continuous amount of time. I prefer 845 over 476, I haven`t tried out 915 yet. What do you think compared to 21?

M21 2.0 is the same product as NXT 2.0, only reformulated for use with the rotary (most likely by adding more lubricants).

Thank you for staying on topic. :goodjob

I am curious about other people who have used both NXT 2.0 and M21 2.0. MOL will say they are the same except for the M21 is formulated for rotary. I am just curious.

As an experiment, I did my car in April with NXT 2 and just regular wash & QD weekly. Still looks and feels nice.

I did my SUV with 21 2 in July and this one being stored outside for the summer doesn`t get washed often, but last time I did, it looked and felt like most of the LSP was gone.

The detailing process was the same for both vehicles. One experiment isn`t enough for me however, and since the driving/stored vehicle will exchange places in a bit more than a month I`ll experiment some more.
