What product do you recommend to use to clean, and possibly remove fine scratches from Lexan windows? Also, what`s a good protectant as well?

Forgive me for not being 100% positive, but I don`t see why you can`t sand/polish them like plastic headlights?

Well if it`s really lexan, ie polycarbonate, it will be coated and you only want to polish not sand. More than likely it`s acrylic and is sandable and polishable.

The Lexan is the back window of a truck which has a roll cage installed. I`m not sure if it`s acrylic or true Lexan but i can try and find out.

Best way to see is put on polarized sunglasses and look at reflections in it. If you see rainbow colored distortions then you know it`s coated and is polycarbonate if not it`s acrylic.

Acrylic won`t yellow over time, polycarbonate will. It absorbs moisture from the air and also uv will deteriorate it. The coating prevents this so you don`t want to sand it off.

So if it`s true Lexan, then would something like PlastX work?
