    Hello Guys,

I know there has been alot of talk about various 2 part cleaners on here recently for leather. Im at the point where i think it might be easier just to give the drives seat atleast (its only used by me!) a weekly once over with and AIO leather product.

Im thinking of the GC AIO leather product b/c its cheap and from what i have read effective.

How are you guys applying? Im thinking MF covered foam pad for best results?

    Any bad points?

    Thanks

    Geoff

IMO this is the worst product for leather. It was on sale at Autozone for 99 cents

Ive always used that for my leather seats. I use megs APC+ to clean even though some people say its bad. Ill let the conditioner sit over night then wipe it back off.

I don`t use it, but I`ve heard good stuff about it, have you had a different experience Longhorn?

I just found that it did nothing for the seats that I used it on.

Right now I`m using Lexol and I can`t say that I`m thrilled with it either (don`t like the feel of the seats when they are finished) but they have a good sales pitch.

Leatherique sounds like too much work, so I really don`t know what to use.

On my wife`s CR-V the leather is a lot tougher (and probably more durable), but on my IS350 the leather is really soft so I`m concerned about putting something on it that will kill the leather.

I`ve never read anything which has been overly compelling with respect to leather.

Try using a 3M delicate duty scuff pad with the cleaner. That should be all you need.

I`m not a fan of it. I got a sticky film (not the usual sticky film from a poor leather AIO--much thicker) and wound up having to clean it a few days later.

I`m a smoker and sometimes use a mild solution of woolite (20:1) just to "refresh" the seats. It gave me great reults and didn`t appear to strip the conditioner from the leather.

Turtle wax makes a pretty good AIO for around $5. Pretty good smell too.
