I`ve searched the forum on this particular topic with some success, but maybe someone can give me a definitive answer on this:

I`d like to use a leather conditioner product which leaves the absolute minimum shine (preferably none at all). My car has a black leather interior, and currently I use Autoglym and Leatherique (prestine clean + occasional rejuvenator treatment) These aren`t really shiny, but they do still leave some - especially the seating areas, which seem to buff to a shine a bit after a couple days. The car is a `95 5-series; the leather is in good condition, but it`s not the softest stuff, which is probably what causes it to get a bit shiny sometimes.

I`ve read that Lexol is good in this regard. Are there any other similar products that I could try which give a nice matte finish?

    Thx.

I`ve been using zaino z9 and 10. Leaves a nice matte finish. Just dont use too much produt or just buff it off to how you want it to be.

Sonus leather conditioner will not leave any shine at all and it will restore the natural leather scent.

Keep in mind that the type and quality of leather in your car will also affect the appearance of the leather product you are using.

Sonus if you want to apply and walk away. Z10 if you want to buff dry.

Many thanks for all the feedback; I guess I`ll try a few different products until I get it right.

I use the Lexol cleaner which seemed to do about the same as the Woolite 10:1 solution, and the Lexol leather cleaner. No glossy effect whatsoever.

Wipe on and off is with a micro fiber towel.

Boy I`ve tried ALOT of leather cleaners and I have yet to find one that will leave a more perfect finish than Zymol leather cleaner.

When you use this product you simply can NOT tell that you applied anything to the leather, except for it being perfectly clean. There is positively nothing left behind.
