Shoot, after all the Zymol threads, $45 seems like buying a store-brand wax.

what i think they are saying is that the wax is it is is 100% carunba. the orginal forumula has a few diffrent waxes inlcuding bees wax.

I think the new one just has nuba... its not actull 100% wax in the jar, just 100% of the wax is carnuba wax

To advertise a wax as `100%` Carnauba is missleading marketing.Although it is possible to make a wax from only Carnauba, several other ingredients are needed in order to make the product `workable`,and even then the resulting finish such a wax would give would be quite poor.

As has been discused many times before,Carnauba wax needs to be blended with other waxes,Beeswax,Paraffin,Montan etc to make a product that is `Workable` and user friendly, whilst giving pleasing results in terms of gloss, clarity etc.The blending aspect, and the ingredients that are used for blending,is arguably more important than the type/types of wax that are included in the formula.

I dont think it is any more misleading than most other claims. How about companies that advertise up to ** months of durability. That could mean it has 1 week or ** months. Same thing, just advertising.

Yeah. I have the two test waxes they sent out. I didn`t use them much. I recall liking them more than the original P21S but I can`t remember the reasoning.

The best part was that after sending in my test results they sent me a free bottle of P21S wheel gel. :woot2:

This isn`t true at all, there`s no reason why a wax that contains only carnauba should give poor results. Carnauba can be difficult to formulate with, and for that reason many companies dilute the carnauba with other waxes which makes it easier to mass produce. Provided you get the formula right, a 100% carnauba product can give excellent results

" P21S has found a way to pack Brazilian Carnauba wax in a significant concentration without the wax becoming hard as a rock"

Why don`t they say how much of the product is Carnuuba by VOLUME. Zymol tells you right off the bat. The % by volume my shock you. Thats what they need to state.
