I saw folex being used on an aston martin a while back and i just ran out of carpet shampoo. Any opinions? If this is a bad product are there any really good carpet shampoos?

It`s a really good product, if the upholstery/carpets aren`t too dirty you can skip the apc step and use folex. It`s a good way to be sure you cover your bearings.

apc= all purpose cleaner, but keep in mine I very rarely use an apc to clean carpets. There are a few dry cleaning methods i like to use and even a few aerosol cans out there that work wonders. Folex is a great spot/stain remover that is wonderful to use on all interior cloth upholstery and carpets.

I just use Woolite and Water 6/1 in place of a APC. I love Folex for carpets though....
