    it is gonna be my first time using RMG, do i need to let it dry on before removing? does it need cure time before topping? thanks

    No, it`s a WOWO product. If you let it cure, it will be a pita to remove.

    Hah, I think he means buffing it OFF first and then letting it cure. But to answer your question, no, go ahead and lay down your wax.
