    sip or ssr3, which has more cutting power on a pc with a orange or yellow pad?

    SSR3 is not made for use with the PC as it the PC does not generate enough heat to really break down the abrasives in SSR 3.

    IMO the abrasives in SSR3 are way too harsh and take too long to break down. I`d simply find something else to use but for sure would not use it by PC.

    While Powergloss *can* leave a hazed surface with the PC it`s a bit more foolproof than SSR3. It would be my choice OR HTEC.

    i have never used Powergloss, but I can vouch for HTEC, its a superb product by PC or rotary!

    I disagree, SSR3 works fine with a PC and you can achieve great results with minimal hazing. The way to keep the hazing to a minimum is not to prime the pad with a qd or water...Priming the pad will lead to heavy hazing & change the pad often...a clogged pad will also cause excessive hazing.
