I`m almost out QD so another order of 425, and Jett Caranuba for me. The Jett `nuba is replace my EF QD.

I use Z8 every so often as well.

So I know there ALOT of AW users in here. If it was available locally, I would have picked some up way back to try myself.

Now is it comparable to Z8 or is it more touted for the price/performance ? I don`t mind the price of Z8 cause it gives me what I want from the product.

Neither AW or Z8 is really a QD. If you like JW CJ, I would stick with that...(not qd) either. I love that stuff. If you are looking for a good QD to go with it, try JW AG. It works extremely well.

I have not used any Zaino products, so I can`t say how AW compares... but I currently use AW after every wash or every other wash and will definitely pick up some more once my current supply runs out. IMO, it is just as good, if not better than FK 425. It really produces a super slick glossy finish.

Im not sure I agree with that. I like Z8 more than AW. I like the look of it, but Im not sure Z8 is any more durable thatn AW. I think they both give you a few weeks, maybe a month.

I don`t use QD`s very often. Occasionally I`ll use some Z6. If I`m removing dust or bird bombs I reach for my bottle of QEW/water mixture. It dissolves most bird bombs, cleans well and costs less than QD`s as well.

Speaking of AW, I did a quick detail on my wife`s Explorer yesterday and applied AW to the front-end. Apparantly I didn`t wipe it all of yesterday, so when I woke up this morning and checked on the cars the AW had hazed over. I buffed it out to a fantastic shine. Might try that route more often, loved the results...

2 different products. FK425 is a QD and AW is a spray wax/sealant. I wouldn`t use AW as a QD because it probably lacks the lubricity of a dedicated QD. I would only use AW on a clean surface.

Why dont you just get some Carnauba Glos, if your already using CJ?? It is the perfect solution for you if your topped off with CJ right now.
