I have in front of me one of each. I haven`t used either one yet but for some reason Vroom one seems much softer to me. Did anybody use both and what is your experience with them, one vs. other, pros and cons?

i have and use the megs mf wash mitt, and it`s held up pretty well thus far. i alternate between that and the SM Arnold wash mitt. i also like the fact that they both are thumbless...

Hey, that`s my picture I would say both mitts are different. I haven`t used Meguiars, but I assume that since it`s MF, the nap is not very long and the mitt may have a larger chance of marring the surface. The Vroom is definitely VERY soft and has lots of nap. I think this will have a lesser chance of marring the paint. However, my only problem with this mitt is that it sheds strands of micro-chenille if you aren`t gentle with it. So when you rinse, just gently run your hand back and forth in the rinse bucket to get dirt off.
Sorry. I hope you forgive me. :bolt :hide:Originally Posted by mikebai1990
That was my impression too once I had in hand but I still wanted to throw question in the open because my purchase was "online" based on Meguiar`s description of their mitt as "the ultimate choice for show car perfect finishes. The clear coat safe Microfiber lifts and traps dirt and grime for a brilliant, swirl-free finish." I will give it a shot but I have a feeling I won`t be purchasing more of them.Originally Posted by mikebai1990

IMO next to nothing, especially when compared to Vroom. I have two really dirty cars to wash (and polish) next weekend. I am not having high expectations so far but I will not judge until I see it in action.Originally Posted by mikebai1990
Okay, now how about both of those compared to the Deep Pile Chenille Megs wash mitt?
I just bought the vroom mitt and WOW this is very soft I am not a fan of mitts but I HAD to buy this for ONR washes.

I gotta admit that I love the Vroom products... all of em. I use their MF washing mitts (only when the BHB won`t get the stuff off the paint), as well as their applicators and MF towels.
The MF washing mitts stand up to machine washing and drying very well. I pull the plastic liner out before chucking it in the dryer so it doesn`t stay wet inside the mitt.
Great quality stuff at Target prices. Really hard to beat.
Okay, so where can i get a good sheepskin mitt? I keep hearing from everyone thats thebest way to go.
