For me, it has to be Clearkote`s Vanilla Moose Glaze. Every time I use it, it just amazes me the finish it leaves on almost any surface.

What do you like about TOL purple clay? Would you consider it comparable to Sonus green (ultra-fine) clay in terms of abrasiveness?

Also, what made you impressed with the Autoint decon system?

Protectall Do It All..........I use it after every wash, while drying my personal cars....It easily passes the durability period between washes, and is a breeze to use.....Not to mention you can use it EVERYWHERE. Great for RV`s as well.........

For this week. DG 601. What a great number of those will sell once people discover what it can do besides being a base for sealants. I`m buying a gallon direct from Mr Bailey.

Agreed. I`ve been using VM for a long time now and I`m still blown away by the results I get off of any car I use it on.

while i love a few boutique brands, this forum is obsessed with exactly that, boutique. I`ve been reading on here for over a two year period and have picked up some great, tips, product recommendations & this is the best forum of any forum I`ve ever been on. I`ve been detailing for over 12 years so I feel I`ve had my share of experience with many products.

Non boutique I loved so far:

-Color X : One if not the best OTC cleaners

-Megs 26 liquid: rivals many boutique lsp`s

-Mothers Chrome polish: does what it says

    -Vroom Microfibers: excellent for everthing

-Duragloss Aqua Wax: very nice durable lsp for a quick job

-Mothers Power Polish: Not bad for a polish

    Boutique:

-Klasse All in One: Great for everything, easy to use

-Collinite 845 IW: Long lasting good looking lsp

-Menzerna IP and FPII: my go to polishes

-Optimum OP and OC: User friendly PC polishes good finish

    -KSG: excellent sealant

Lately I`ve been using a lot of OTC products and the Duragloss line as I`ve had great luck with those mentioned above. I think when you find what works for you stick with it. Its too easy to wanna try something thats all the rave. It changes here all the time whats popular. I`m all for finding and using products that make detailing easier, more effective and yielding top notch results but you don`t have to spend your life savings to find a great combo.
