Anyone know if I need to wait a certain amount of time for AJ to bond before applying another coat? It doesn`t specify on the bottle, thanks.

by the time you apply to the car and buff it off you can apply the next layer
wait 12-24 hours before topping with a wax

Thanks for the help guys!
atticdog,
I checked out the link you provided and found exactly what I was looking for. :2thumbs:
One more question for you guys...
I have already applied 2 coats of AJ and was thinking of doing 3 then maybe picking up some S100 wax from the Harley dealership to top it off. Do you guys think 3 coats is unnecessary?
I also went over the whole car (`99 Silver M3) with Blackfire SRC finishing polish on a white 4` LC pad before applying AP and AJ. There was virtually no marring prior to the polish (used a 1000 watt halogen), but I just wanted to give the paint that extra "pop". Blackfire is awesome!
I`ll try and post pics in the click and brag section.
I think 3 coats is a lot; but you can never go to far! LOL
I am topping AJT with CG 5050 wax; I love it.

Personally, I think two coats for full coverage is more than adequate, one single application is going strong at the 8 month point on my brother`s Odyssey that is tunnel washed 2-3 times a month. I really have never noticed an improvement in appearance layering AJ and I prefer to leave it untopped...well, on my own black car, I used a carnauba over it since my paint is more bright black than deep, dark black.
I kinda figured 3 coats was overkill, but I went ahead and did it anyways. I also plan on using the AG spray after each wash also. I still have quite a bit of FK425 too so I may just alternate the two from time to time. Would it be okay to do this?
Scottwax,
What would be your reasoning for not topping with a carnauba? I know that the carnauba is supposed to bring out the depth of darker colors, but you don`t think that there would be any benefit to a silver car whatsoever? If not for an appearance standpoint, how about in terms of added protection in addition to that of the sealant?
