Well I put a coat of the sealent on about a month and a half ago, I`m wondering if I can just apply another coat of the EX to the car after washing it, the car does not need to be clayed since I just clayed it about 2 1`2 months ago

Adding a layer will be fine. If you really want to put many layers and produce a great shine, you may want to look into spit-shining. There are a few threads that explore the uses of spit-shining and the great results it can yield.

I`m just looking for more protection mainly, my car sits in the parking lot at school 5 days a week and I apply 303 aerospace to all of the trim once a week to make sure that its protected, I just want the same for my paint so I`m going to layer it 2-3 times within a 6 month period, and then at 6 months I`ll hit the car with some light polish to get out whatever minor marring has been put into the paint, and then so on...I"ll post some pics of the car later tonight

I am sure you still have some protection left from your current application EX but it is hard to say if the solvent carriers in EX will remove what is left and truly layer. However, you will at least have the protection of a fresh coat of EX and it will freshen up the look.
