    Has anyone used this product?

I found a 1/2 full bottle in my 2001 "tested box".

I am not sure if this is the actually product in the bottle.

Can anyone describe the aroma, color, consistency, etc.

What I can say is that this is the most impressive OTC QD that I have tried in years. This product is a breeze to apply and buff. Absolutely no haze and creates a very slick surface,

    outstanding gloss and depth.

    Any info would be appreciated.

Duragloss FC (Fast Clean & Shine)

Is formulated to remove dust and light soil from painted surfaces without scratching or removing durable polishes. Actually bonds with the polish for added gloss and durability.

Yes, the FC&S is a fantastic OTC QD, and IMO much better than anything else available locally. If you like FC&S, you really ought to pick up some Aquawax. I think you`d find it very similar to Z8 and would love its results too. Do you find that the FC&S is similar to Z6? They function very similarly to me....

Anyway, your FC&S is pretty dated, so not sure if the newer stuff is any different. But, it gives a smell very close to Z6, kinda tropical/fruity, i.e. yummy!! It is a thin liquid, and IIRC, it is a pinkish color.

FC&S is a great value for a QD at about $4, and I find it easily rivals Z6 in quality.

Is the FC&S close to SnW or more for lighter dust and dirt like it says?

    I like the AW.

The FC&S is, in my opinion, most suited for very light dust accumulation. I don`t think it is meant for heavy soiling at all, and is made mostly for shine/slickness enhancement and to clean light dusting or just regular QD touchups of shine and slickness. I wouldn`t compare it to SnW at all....

    Thanks Mike.

Your description matches exactly what is in my bottle. Greatly appreciated the info.

Can`t really compare appearance to Z6, Z8 or any OTC QD I ever tried. Quite unique appearance over Z5PRO x 2 and several buffings with Z8. Not sure if it is the combo that`s creating the results but I am quite impressed. :2thumbs:

Based on the description it sounds very similar to Wax Shop`s Slick Stuff, another very good OTC quick detailer.

I picked up a bottle when I bought some Aquawax. It seemed decent but didn`t wow me. I`m still using 425 most of the time. I have a feeling most of it will eventually be used as clay lube or I`ll toss it in the trunk of my beater to keep handy.

That`s pretty Strong coming from You, especially considering what`s in your signature! I can`t wait till you try the DG 105 over 601 combo. I believe ZANE-O might be trying/impressed by some of the DG products also.

I used wax shop SAFE CUT a couple years ago with a rotary. It produced a beautiful gloss but was a PITA to get off. They have reformulated it so I`m not sure if the removal has been improved.
