Beads pretty good for me too. Combined with Optimum No Rinse, I don`t think there is a faster way to wash and wax your car.

I have been doing alot of cars lately with the No Rinse. I did an H2 the other day along with a 911 and an SL65. The H2 took an hour, inside and out, and the other 2 took under an hour, inside and out. The SL got a layer of OCW applied also.

Once you get the hang of the No Rinse you soon learn that you can clean a car in blazing speed. One man interior the other exterior.

I love the beading pics by the way

OCW is all I use as an LSP unless I want to use a sealant. I get 3 to 4 months of good protection with OCW, and its so easy to use.

Does anybody think OCW looks even better after the initial application?

    General Lee,

Yes. It needs a good 12 hours to 1.5 days to reach the peak of its optical potential, depending of paint condition.

Mmmm, I wonder why. Maybe The hot Texas Sun?? The reason I always use it is because of the durability I get out of it. Comparible to a good patse wax but fatser to apply.

Exactly, I meant to say the next day or so in my first post.

I`m thinking of picking up the Optimum Porter Cable kit. I`ve heard a lot of good stuff about Optimum, and seems it`s real easy and quick to use/clean up with. Does the Optimum stuff repel dirt/water etc. I`m looking for something that I can quickly wash/wipe down where the dirt and whatever else won`t really stick to the car.

Yep, just like the beading I`ve experienced. I don`t use it alot - don`t know why, though, since it`s about the easiest to apply of the quality wax products on the market. Go figure....

How exactly are you suppose to use Opt No Rinse?

    1. No initial rinse

    2. Pour ONR in bucket with water

    3. Wash car

    4. Rinse

    ?
