I use Show Off, Crytal Mist, HGAS, Acrylic Glos as quick detailers. I`ve also tried Meg`s Quick Wax, and TW`s Express Wax among other stuff I don`t remember.

My favorite for cleaning properties, is Show Off, among the ones I have.

But I`m looking for the best QD strictly for cleaning properties. I guess that means one with the highest lubricity for minimizing micro marring. I could care less about how much it shines or looks, or it`s at the most secondary.

    Any suggestions?

I`m thinking of making an Optimum No Rinse Wash/water dilution. But I`m open to any ready made QD`s that you`ve had excellent cleaning results with.

In my limited experience my choice would be Poorboys Spray and Wipe. I have used both QEW and the Optimum No Rinse in a QD type application and both seem to work but I prefer the Spray & Wipe. Downside of course is that the Spray & Wipe is a little more expensive.

If you want a true QD that will add shine and slickness, try Clearkote`s Quikshine. It works well on even very dusty surfaces and light rain spots.

16oz. bottles at Danase.com (remember the forum discount too) and gallons at chemical-guys.com (without the hyphen). Danase will also be carrying gallons soon.

Another vote for Poorboys Spray and Wipe. I use it pretty much every day.

I would say Spray & Wipe as well but I just used Zaino Z-6 and it was very effective in removing some light tree sap from my hood. Of course, I followed with Z-8 for some protection.

Another vote for S&W...I don`t use it as much anymore, but it was unbeatable when I had an apartment.

My thoughts exactly when it comes to a good cleaning QD. S&W and Z6 get my vote.
