FWIW
I placed an order for a gallon of #425 on Thursday afternoon, Feb 2nd. I received a confirmation email within the hour informing me that my order would not ship until the beginning of the next week. On Monday, February 6th, I received another email saying that my #425 would ship the next day. I received my order on Friday, Feb 10th, with a complimentary sample of the Pink Wax. Finish Kare actually exceeded my expectations with the free sample and I was very satisfied with the whole order process.
Have I ever received any detail supplies ordered online any quicker? YES. I have also had to wait much longer than 8 days without receiving two notifications detailing when my goods would ship. The bottom line for me is that I won`t hesitate to order from them again. YMMV!
By the way the #425 product also exceeded very lofty expectations.
This morning I cleaned up the Jeep with some DP Waterless Wash and then used FK425 for the first time. The Jeep has DP Spray Sealant and maybe 2 coats of Max Wax on top, the last being put on in maybe Sept. The 425 went on very easy and increased the shine and slickness unbelievably. The Jeep still had some slickness and shine but the 425 made a huge difference.
Great product, I cant wait to do a full detail on both vehicles with FK polish, sealant, wax.
Something to consider is that FK main clients are automotive manufacturers- that bulk business allows them to price consumer products low and keep shipping costs low too. They are not strictly a consumer oriented website/business like most that you deal with. They are a direct selling manufacturer.

Silly me, I`ve been trying to get an answer to this since page 7 - Am I on the right thread?Originally Posted by PINITI-FX

I told myself I wouldn`t buy detailing supplies until march-april.
Any freezing and most products are just garbage.
At commercial flight elevations (-50°C) it is no matter what stands in the calendar. However most airliners have some heating in the cargo bays/rooms.

Fk425....i love it so much i bath in it.
Well...I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of my first 31oz bottle of 425. It came in yesterday via USPS...empty. Letter of apology from postal service.
I contacted FinishKare...they immediatley e-mailed me back and are sending out another bottle gratis. Good cutsomer service goes a long way in my book, as they were clearly not at fault. :2thumbs: for FK.

Clearly not at fault?? It looks to me from your picture that they sent it in a priority mail envelope. I would call the shipper at fault, not the carrier when you send a quart bottle of liquid in an envelope.
I received my bottle of 425 the other day in a nice, sturdy box along with a sample of pink wax. Fast shipment and well packaged. Can`t wait to try it!
