I`ve used the test version. Cleaning power seems very similar to QEW but it leaves the paint noticably slicker due to the polymer content.

BTW, the official name is Optimum No Rinse Wash and Shine. (ONRWS?)

scott I was wondering if you had an unbiased preference for QEW or ONRWS?

I`ve got to hand it to Dave over at Optimum, he`s always up to something.

I stopped using QEW when I got a garage but am willing to give this a shot based on reports.

In addition to a QEW replacement, IIRC, it looks like it can be a S&W replacement as well :up
Treat it like it`s the only one in the world.

Is this mixed with water like QEW, or is it a spray and wipe?
...as a result of your seeking, you cannot find...

Cleaning ability seems about equal but the Optimum version leaves the paint noticably slicker. I believe it contains some of the OCW polymers in it.

I`ve used the Protect All version for 13 years and have been very pleased with it. However, based on the noticable slickness improvement with the Optimum version, I am making the switch. I got a call from my Optimum distributor and he received his shipment today.

YOUR MISSION.... should you choose to accept is to:

wash half a hood with QEW

wash half a hood with Optimum QEW

same for a trunk or a door.

and show us pics, for us non-yet-believers
