Is this thing worth it?

I`ve seen this before in the catalog that I get from california car cover.
I did a search for dolly and folding dolly and cart and dolly, but I couldn`t find this same one.
I`m thinking something like this might come in handy. . .

Not a bad deal. I`ve been looking to purchase a similar hand truck but made out of aluminum (the kind the UPS guys use when they have a ton of boxes) and they are running $150+
