You could just try to not hit the curb, it`s not that hard.

It`s a great idea though since most people curb the crap out of their wheels. :hairpull

That is quite amazing and certainly the price is too.

If the whole car was made of that stuff it would be damn near bulletproof!

Nothing to do really with these wheels, but I have chunks missing from my wheel and I`ve never hit a curb ever. Pot holes + low profile tires = messed up wheels. I`m not sure if it gets cold enough in VA to get pot holes in the road.

People on a local board where joking that the inventor of those drove through Detroit. I swear I have lost cars in potholes in Detroit! LOL

The whole point of making mags out of aluminium to to absorb heat and then dissapate it, stainless steel is the worst heat asorber there is !

The whole point of making "mags" out of aluminum is weight vs. steel and corrosion resistance vs. magnesium (where the term "mag" comes from). If your statement somehow refers to brake cooling, that is done by air that flows through the openings in the wheel, "ventilated" rotors, and sometimes ducts.
