I`ve also heard very good things about Platinum Auto Detailing. I owned and ran Pebble Beach Auto for 4 years here in Calgary, but recently gave it up due to a career change, and the addition of a new house, new wife and new family

Still detail for friends and family in my spare time; would be happy to provide any pointers or tips!

Towards the end of serving paying customers, I started using rotary polishers as well, however 95% of my work was done by hand.

Fortune, on MacLeod Trail. They do serious high end, and exotic vehicles, never used them for detailing though, always do my own.

I`m in Calgary too, can`t say I would trust any one with my vehicles....even the rust bucket Jeep hahaha. I`m a firm beleaver if you want good, quality work do it your self. My friend is the Manager of the Toyota dealership up in Country hills and when he`s in a tigh spot he phones me up to do a car here and there. I detail my own vehicles and friends and even some co-workers for fun. I have lots of god products now so I`ll never need to go to a detailing shop, I`ll always do it my self.

Have you thought about doing the work your self, I`m sure CalgaryDetail, snkeep and even my self would be willing to help you out. I have the Cyclo and the Metabo and like I said good polishing products, maybe we could all get together and have a "Calgary detailing fest" hahahaha.

I have thought about it, but I have a very very busy work scedule most of the time, usually only get Sundays off and I can fill that up quik.

At this point now the car is almost 2 years old since I started this thread, I still havn`t done anything to it.

My only problem is I live in Red Deer and it`s hard to get down when you only take one day a week off.
