Absolutely no snow here in SoCal. Working with short sleeves outside during the week waxing one of the cars.

Here in Helsinki Finland we have had about 5 days with snow on the ground this winter, alot of rain though. It has not been this warm since 1989 or something like that. Quite the opposite from the other side of the pond from what I have heard.

Scott, not sure you could take the weather we`ve had. No riding your bike on the paths around here!

Of course anyone can chime in, i just thought that Canada would get some replies and also i hadn`t seen any new threads in this section for awhile.

Even though we have about a foot of snow, less than before as it has been above freezing, we have been missed by a whole lot to the east and north. Overall temp wise it was been an OK winter.

Sure Scott , put some steel studs in your tires and you`ll have a blast. :chuckle:

My parents have gotten 99 inches so far... I think around 2 feet or so are left on the ground.

Way too much. At least 14 inches on the level with some real high drifts.

Just came back yesterday from two weeks in Orlando. Washed my car two weeks ago after the drive down and QD` it every couple of days thereafter. Vehicle looked great for two weeks with a minimum of care. Now it`s back to another 4 weeks of crap.

Salt belongs on french fries......not on cars.

I envy you guys in the south.

It hasn`t snowed in Calgary for weeks. Nothing on the ground at all - bare grass. We`ve has a fantastic winter - one week of really cold weather and only a few days of snow. Sunny and mild the rest of the time. That being said, it is rather dry right now....we could use some rain.

Talking to my parents north of Toronto they say they can`t believe the amount of snow they`ve had. :chuckle:

No more snow all we got was rain!! Our side of the street is clear of the snow now the other side that`s out of the sun still has 2-3 ft of mostly ice now.
