Bought a new 2007 PT cruiser and we have a few problems with the new vehicle and when we phone to speak to someone at the dealership they avoild our calls and concerns. One manager said he`d get back to us next day, never herad from him in a week. I called again and like usal he wiill call you back.

call Chrysler direct, they have a number that can be used to report all types of issues.



Either that or go to another dealer.

You have to shop around for a good one since you will go to them for as long as you own your cruiser ,
