It looks like a Nozzle/ Spray Tip specially made for detergent and/or soap but I don`t think It will do what you expect it to do for you car like foaming or anything like that.Originally Posted by jsatek
Just my opinion.
This one works awesome. I bought it last summer.

One thing I must mention : foam cannons and gas power washers are easier to fit to one another but with electric PW usually they come with a cheap and nasty gun , unless they are of good quality and/or they have a universal type gun with a universal lance or extension, the worse one to date is simoniz,I know b/c I own one.
I ended up buying a gas powered PW on sale at CDN TIRE.
Chris @ Eshine carries the Gilmour foam gun, he is in Ontario
Yes but a foam gun only works with low water pressure like home garden hose,if you have good water pressure at home ,a foam gun will do the trick I suppose.Originally Posted by 99blackSE

the cheap guns that come with the pw they come in 2 parts 1 gun 2 lanceOriginally Posted by ggk
i had an extra lance i cut it in half than i reduced its diameter to fit a pex connector from plumbing section (pex is the plastic tubes that u find in house running hot cold water insted of cooper )it took 3 connection first 1/4 male to male mpt from the foam lance to another section (you can find this in air compressor section ) and second was 1/4female to 5/8 female if i am not wrong that connects the pex to the 1/4 male to male mpt
in the pic in the center i covered the female to female with black heat shrink an extra step to make it look better :p
good luck

Here is a foam cannon that you can buy in Cambridge Ontario.

blah so my electric pressure washer is effectively crippled for a foam gun? I may just order and ship to border and pick it up. Repalce the gun and try it that way.
I phoned the Fastenal shop on Bridge St. in Victoria and spoke to a counter man named Dave. He`s bringing me in a Cam Spray 527100 for $109 plus pst and gst. That`s the price landed here in Victoria B.C.
There`s a bad news/good news/bad news/good news angle on the deal though. The bad news is it won`t be available until Jan. the 18 and may take 7 - 10 days to arrive. The good news is the weather is so lousy here I won`t be able to use it till the end of the month. The bad news is the M Coupe is off the road until spring. The good news is that I saw a speck of dust on it this morning so it`ll need a wash soon.
I`m going to go and put a deposit on it (the foam cannon) tomorrow. Dave is afraid that I won`t buy it when he special orders it for me and he`ll be stuck. Like that`s going to happen!.
Shall I order another one for anyone? It`ll be a while before I get my hands on even mine though.

Jeff146,
Here`s a link to all the Fastenal shops in the entire country, all 145 of them. 2 of them are at the center of the known universe, Toronto, and any community larger than 3 people and a moose seems to have a Fastenal shop.
Find a shop near you and phone them and order one. All you need to know is Cam Spray foam cannon, model number 527100 and it should be somewhere around 110 bucks plus taxes.
Thanks to Chaddy for the good detective work with the Fastenal tip.
