That`s what my gsx-r600 did when I showed him those pictures. Did the busa ever come in a dark green and black paint scheme or did the one i saw today have custom paint? It looked really sharp.

I`d like to know how to keep something like that down too. I know in first and second my 600 (only 100ish rwhp) likes to get the nose up, the busa must want to get the front up through 4th lol.

Dang bikers...I`d kill myself with something that fast and no metal around me. Ride safe all. I lost two friends to bikes this year. And two more of my friends just got bikes. Just be safe and look out for other crappy drivers.

In the 1/4, there are many cars that can beat that for less than thirty grand in mods. Hell, buy a 2002 Z06 and a bottle of nitrous...Originally Posted by tdekany

I think it`s a testament to the Z06, though, that it`s being compared to so many cars. Obviously it`s not hard to name modified cars that will beat it stock in any performance catagory. But overall and for the price and being stock, it`s hard to name many. It`s a lot of bang for the buck! (And it`s the first Corvette with wider stock tires than my 1990! It can`t quite touch the 7,200 rpm though)
Plus, it`s not like the Z06 is immune to modification. What do you think a few grand in exhaust and intake work will do for it? What about more serious money? What do you think a twin-turbo package will be like?
Edit: As an aside, in this video, am I the only one wondering why they stayed in it? I mean, what, is the Cobra gonna suddenly hit its stride and catch up? Why drive so dangerously on the street for no real reason like that? They must have covered a few miles of road easy.
