If you are going to to get the bumper done, get it done by an experienced installer who has done it before. I do these kits in Australia and unless the person knows what they are doing, they can really stuff up the whole thing and waste the film. You may be able to do the bonnet strip yourself but it comes down to the shape of the bonnet. Here is a link to what it looks like on my car and it is on the bonnet, side mirrors, front bumper, headlights and foglights Clear Bra on My Car.

Always ask to see their work on other cars and ask the owners of the cars also. See if you can see one on a silver car as the clear bra may stand out more on certain colours or shades of colours.

I had a clear bra put on my wife`s A4 when we picked it up last week. I had the dealership put it on, they are a high end dealership selling some very expensive cars.So I may have paid a little more (around 600.00), but I felt the company they had installing it must be good.I saw some of there work on a (roped off) $450,000 Porsche in the showroom. The bra covers the head and foglights as well as the side mirrors and goes part way up the hood.I was very pleased with the work as well as the peace of mind it gives you.

I have had the clear bra on some of my cars for 2+ years without any problems or yellowing.
