Not enough muscle in those rims for your car IMO!

    1 Clean WS6,

While I like the look of the SSR`s, I agree with others that they are more tuner import looking and not muscle car enough looking. Personally if it where my car I would have the American Racing wheels pictured below in 18" on there. In 18", they have the modern day protouring look matched with the old classic muscle look. Plus they have the darker center(pic actually looks darker then they really are I think) like you are looking for with a nice billit center cap and polished Lip which all would look great with your silver paint. These where my first choice for my Mustang untill I had to sell it so i could by a house.

I see what most are saying now...they would seem a bit out of character. My quest shall continue.....

I love your car and the rims have to be perfect...while these would work and would be different, they don`t give that "MUSCLE" feel to the car.

Personally, one of my favorite rims out there for domestic muscle is the BBS RK and RK2`s. Have you thought of those?

I agree, I don`t think those will look good on an fbody

I agree with the group here. You need a Bad *ss muscle car wheel for that car.

time for my input again... since you are considering the ssr comps, i assume you want to put on a nice pair of rimmies with price being somewhat, but not that important... (i am assuming though). so to accent the muscular features of that car i would go with a rim such as these:

the first two wheels are HREs, and the last one is a CCW wheel.

i think these rims do a nice job of keeping the whole theme of your car intact. did u ever think about painted wheels, such as black or gunmetal?

O now if price is not an issue definitely check into HRE`s. Sexy wheels, but wayyyyyyyyyyyy to dang expensive for me. Im extremely happy with my 18x9.5`s chrome ZO6 wheels on my Fbody.
