Sad indeed! Looks like the SRT-10 is going to be the new King of the Hill.

Ah well....I am anxious to see the new Lincoln Mark LT when it comes out. I might trade performance to the lap of luxury!!

Here is the Cervinis Stalker body kit for the Mustang. Just can`t bring myself to drive the Mustang around with the word "Stalker" on my rear bumper but, I do love the hood

Let me tell you that kit is awesome, maybe not in yellow but it is bad a$$. Theres a guy w/ that kit and i think the STALKER bumber is . All this comming from a guy w/a cammed TA . I`d say go for it you`ll like it:xyxthumbs

Hood looks fantastic. It fits the OE lines really nicely.

Have you thought about painting the grille bars? I think they would look awesome done in silver.

Wow, that`s a sharp looking hood.

I love the tight, lean lines. There are way too many bulbous cartoon-looking hoods/kits on way too many fast and furious wannabe cars. Nice job keeping it look clean.:xyxthumbs

You drive a L, but you`re concerned about "bold". I`m confused.....

Gotta get those "sniffers" way up front to get fresh COOL air where it is need most. Back where the Cervini`s are, the airstream is starting to de-couple from the hood (backpressure from the windshield) so not as much air gets in there as you would like to believe.....

Very nice hood and nice truck! I like the looks of a simple cowl hood myself. Gotta love a truck that can tow a 5000lb trailer, unhook it, run a 13.7 1/4 mile and look good doing it!

I dont think the Lightning is that bold really. Performance wise, yes. But while it looks clean and mean, I wouldnt call it bold and I own a red 02 w/ 9k miles. NOw my 93 Lightning thats lowered, custome painted in 2 tone with built motor, etc might be a bit more on the bold side...

they can tow a 5000lb trailer? I didnt realize that, I thought the towing limit was severely restricted on that model. Even though it can pull it the suspension is limited to carrying weight, and the tire max limits are limiting everything also. Thats a great deal knowing you can tow and still retain a lot of the use of your truck.

The Syclone / Typhoons were severly restricted in towing or hauling. They had no more capacity then a Corvette. Even the Dodge Dakota R/T is limited in what it can tow. Same goes for the SRT10. The Lightning was limited a bit but can still haul nearly 1000lbs and tow 5000lbs. I personally have towed more than that with the 99 L I used to own (havent towed more than 2 jetskis with the new one).

`99-`02 L`s can tow 5,000 pounds but have a payload rating of only 500 pounds. `03-04 L`s can tow 7,000 pounds and have a payload rating I believe of 750 pounds.
