    Your best choices right there, add Focal to the list. You could also look into the DIY speakers.

    There`s some good info on the Sounddomain forums about building your own speakers. Madisound.com is a great place for the components.

    I`ve heard nothing but good things about the Infinity Kappas. I was looking at the components of these down at Circuit City a few weeks ago. I listened to them back to back against some of the other component speakers, and there was no comparison. They`re excellent, although they`re quite pricey.

    i would look at brax componets i prefer them over some lower end focals and i got a set new for about 285 sound awsome and have incredibly loud midrange i had to eq them down



    these will blow away about any thing you will find at best buy or circut city including infinty IMO

    Personally I think upgrading a sound system is like buying a car. You need to figure out much money you are willing to spend, research several websites like soundomain and elitecaraudio, listen to several speakers and see what sounds good to you, and then go for it.



    My components are CDT Audio Eurosports and I doubt I will ever change. They are just right for me.

    There is a guy on ebay selling some Crystal Mobilesound 6.5" components for $65. I should be receiving mine shortly and I shall give a review when I receive them and install.
