I guess my main initial motivation was that it seemed to be one of the less common mods people did to Civics. I haven`t even installed them yet because they probably will not even fit into my stock wheels.....let alone visible.

For a car with my power and weight, $1700 is an admittedly huge expense that really isn`t necessary from a performance standpoint. However, I recently drove a friend`s Civic with the kit and it`s pretty amazing just how much more braking power you get.

I think the drilled and slotted rotors and smooth calipers will look nice with 5-spoke 18" rims. Stock Civic calipers and rotors on the other hand, are puny and almost detract from the aesthetics of your rims.

You should think about getting stock Brembo replacement rotors and a set of Hawk pads. Also better tires.

    On a Civic? yeah...maybe!

But considering some of the other mods I`ve seen....

I guess I just wasn`t crazy about the way stock rotors/calipers looked. To say they detract from the rim`s appearance might have been too strong....

I`ve had my Integra 9 months, here`s what I`ve done so far:

    H&R Sport springs

    Falken ZX 502`s

    Cold Air Intake

    Strut Tower Brace (front)

    Accel Thundersport plug wires

    Window Tint

I`m in it about...$1500, some the stuff was gifts, though. (But it`s worth every penny.)

This all comes to about $5000, NOT including labor. But, I bought the car with all the mods on it except for the last three appearance mods listed. I really have only put about $300 into it so far, but I`m saving up for new wheels, suspension and an audio system. So I got lucky and found a great deal.
