I want to get a pinstripe on my RED blazer Xtreme to match the gold Chevy bowties(gold metallic) and was quoted a price of 40.00 for the done deal from a very reputable local shop. Is this reasonable? what Q`s should I ask about the striping? warantees or anything like that?

it was a $200 option according to my dealership, so $40 is good IMO. Main consideration is to make sure the stripe doesn`t peal and that it`s on straight.

It`s really pretty simple to do so there shouldn`t be any real issue.

I`ve had pinstripes on my car for about 10 years in an outdoor daily driver with no pealing
